NYS Pistol Permit Safety Course (CCW)
Service Description
This course satisfies the New York State requirements for obtaining a concealed carry pistol permit. Students will receive in-depth instruction on firearm safety, handling, storage, and lawful use of a handgun, including situational awareness and defensive strategies. Upon leaving this course students will receive a completion certificate and be ready to proceed to the final steps of submitting their application. Curriculum Includes: NYS Penal Law & Legal Responsibilities of Concealed Carry Firearm Safety, Storage, and Secure Handling Use of Force Laws & Situational Decision-Making Marksmanship Fundamentals Safe Drawing from Concealment & Live-Fire Practice De-escalation and Conflict Avoidance Written Exam and Qualification Shooting What to Bring Government-issued photo ID Notebook and pen Comfortable clothing appropriate for range conditions ( **range is outdoors**) What to Expect From the Day Classroom instruction combined with practical learning A safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment Clear explanations with time for questions Emphasis on confidence, competence, and responsibility

Payment & Deposits Non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Final payment is due day of class. All sales are final. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Civilian Ordnance if notified at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations & No-Shows No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to class. No-shows forfeit all payments.
